These Valentine’s Double Raspberry & Gin bonbons are handmade by Zoe in very small batches at Greendale Teahouse and are as much about craft as they are about saying ‘I Love You’.

Each bonbon is built in layers: a bright raspberry caramel paired with a smooth white chocolate ganache made with fresh raspberry, gently lifted with a measured drop of Fairham’s apple-spiced gin. The filling is then encased in dark Belgian chocolate, chosen to provide depth and contrast without overpowering the fruit.

Every bonbon is hand-painted, making each box subtly unique. The result is a chocolate that’s expressive yet refined – fruity without being cloying, indulgent without being heavy, and designed to linger on the palate.

Made as a seasonal Valentine’s edition, these bonbons are produced in very limited quantities and available only while stocks last.

How to store and enjoy:

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct heat or sunlight. For best flavour, enjoy at room temperature and within three weeks of purchase.

These bonbons are perfect shared slowly, paired with a glass of fine fizz, a deep roast coffee or saved as a final sweet note at the end of an evening.
